Why Invest in HPQ?

High Environmental Impact

We plan to use coal ash as raw material for our factory.

Untreated coal ash from thermal power plants is one of the main environmental problems in Asia

Stable and Growing Market

Use of High Purity Quartz is growing, and the demand is basically higher than the supply, with high market prices and quite monopolized supply.

Ready to Begin

Everything is ready to start - technology, team, sales, industrial park, financial model and detailed plans. We have signed Letters of Intent with several buyers, so we are expecting revenue from day one of production.

You can visit our office and project site at any time. In addition, we will be updating our investors on our progress through our website and social media.

Unique and Exciting Technology

Our technology is a novel approach to produce high purity and ultra-pure quartz. Originally developed for a university research project in Moscow more than ten years ago, we have thoroughly tested this technology over the past few years, and are very excited by the results.

Strong Team

We have a very experienced team to make this project successful and become one of the leading global companies in the industry.

Innovative Green Technology

Innovative Green Technology

Our technology is environmentally friendly. Instead of the classic method of quartz purifying (taking out the impurities which produces lots of harmful waste), we “take” only pure quartz out of raw material which can be quartz sand of any purity. Reagents are recycled and used in the production process again and again. Our unique production process leaves no hazardous waste.

An Industry Ripe for Disruption

An Industry Ripe for Disruption

There is limited competition in the global HPQ industry with two dominating players, Unimin and The Quartz Corp, handling more than 80% of global production. It has taken us a few years to test, but we now have the technology to disrupt this industry and create a truly unique production process.

  • 2004 - 2013

From laboratory to pilot production /done/

From invention of the technology in 2004, it took nearly 10 years to build a complete pilot production line in 2012-2013.

  • 2013-2017

    Plan, Market & Buyers /done/

After successful completion of pilot production, we took a time to study the market, acquire buyers for the future production and prepare the detailed business plan. We have studied many places before choosing the best for our project.

  • 2017

    2nd pilot production /done/

We had a unique opportunity to test our technology at real factory-made equipment. Trial production proved our technology and product’s quality again.

  • 2018 - Feb, 2019

    Investment round (open)

We are looking for investors to start our High Purity Quartz production line.

  • Mar, 2019 - Sep, 2019

    Set Up Factory

We will set up the factory in our chosen industrial park: complete all paperwork, build workshop and clean room, purchase machinery, equipment, supplies, etc.

  • Sep-Oct, 2019

    Begin Production

We will start producing ultra high purity quartz in our factory.

  • 2020 - TBA

    Increase capacity

We will continuously increase production capacity to meet market demand. We also plan to add other products like Si, quartz crucibles, SiC etc. (we do have the needed technologies).
